Wind Turbine Inspection
Precision inspection flights along a pre determined flightpath around a turbine by UAV are able to gather detailed photographs that can be used to identify and locate damage without the operator leaving the ground, providing a far safer and more efficient method of inspection than traditional methods. This data can be analysed by visual means or with specialist software to locate areas of wear and tear. This data is compiled into a comprehensive inspection report to assist in developing a maintenance and repair programme.
